Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree from an ABET accredited program in Engineering or Physics.
• 2+ years of relevant engineering, analytical, or technical experience.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
• Ability to work remote, hybrid, or on-site as directed by management.

Responsibilities

• Assists in design and/or project management of products, programs, components, tools, and acceptance equipment under technical guidance.
• Defines and acquires equipment necessary to manufacture/inspect parts to assure product quality.
• Develops test procedures and performs engineering evaluation tests to assure product manufacturability.
• Interacts with partners, customers, suppliers, and internal organizations to resolve design and production issues.
• Prepares evaluation reports, analyzes discrepancies, and initiates improvements to improve productivity and quality.
