Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
• 15+ years of experience as an engineer, including design of building systems related to Justice + Civic sector.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary engineering teams and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects and staff across regions, ensuring design criteria for justice projects is met.
• Assure design quality through multiple review points and client satisfaction.
• Manage project execution: budget, schedule, scope, and deliverables.
• Track milestones, prepare status reports, and maintain quality standards.
• Facilitate meetings with staff, clients, vendors, and consultants.
• Contribute to business development via RFPs and client interviews.
• Lead design on high-impact projects and coordinate with architects and other engineers.
• Oversee technical reviews and represent the firm in owner meetings.
