Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering and PE licensure.
15+ years of experience designing building systems for Justice + Civic projects.
Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing budgets, scope, and schedules.
Knowledge of smoke control, plumbing systems, security requirements, and codes.

Responsibilities

Lead multiple projects and staff across regions, ensuring design criteria and training.
Ensure design quality and manage project execution within budget and schedule.
Develop client relationships and participate in business development activities.
Collaborate with architects and other engineers in an integrated design process.
Conduct technical reviews and represent the firm in meetings with owners and clients.
