Job summary

Hargrove Engineers + Constructors is seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to perform comprehensive design work for complex projects. The role requires specialty in stress analysis, piping design, and construction specifications with field startup support.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of industrial experience and a Bachelor or Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering, with PE registration highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires a B.S. or M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university.
• Professional Engineer registration is highly preferred.
• 6+ years of relevant industrial mechanical engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform complete mechanical design of complex projects from concept through detail design.
• Produce design calculations and sketches for materials of construction.
• Develop piping material and procurement specifications.
• Provide field support during startup and construction.
• Review vendor and discipline drawings for mechanical input.
