Work With Your Handz LLC in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to lead the technical engineering of commercial projects. You will partner with our Lead In-House Engineer, support the sales team on client calls, perform field surveys, and develop fully engineered mechanical solutions.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in mechanical contracting or MEP, strong CAD skills, and a client‑facing mindset.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in mechanical contracting, MEP, or industrial engineering.
• Strong CAD/drafting and system design experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Valid driver's license for site visits.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical engineering support for customized mechanical systems.
• Join sales calls as the technical SME to present recommendations.
• Conduct field site surveys and define project requirements in the Greater Pittsburgh area.
• Create mechanical layouts, schematics, and drawings using CAD drafting tools.
• Document project details in Salesforce and align sales with project management.
• Offer ongoing technical support to project teams throughout execution.
