Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of mechanical design experience in commercial, multifamily, or industrial sectors.
• Experience across at least two of: mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection.
• Proficient in AutoCAD; Revit is a plus and will be taught.
• Ability to work independently while staying connected with the team.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical design on commercial, multifamily, and industrial projects.
• Work directly with clients to maintain and grow the relationship.
• Support projects from concept through construction documents.
• Mentor junior engineers as the group scales.
