Work With Your Handz LLC in Tampa, FL is seeking an HVAC Mechanical Engineer to develop functional mechanical and HVAC designs, support sales discussions, and conduct site visits across the Tampa Bay area. The role emphasizes CAD proficiency, MEP expertise, and collaboration with our engineering and sales teams.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5+ years in MEP or related fields, a BS in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent hands-on experience, and strong communication skills for client

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in MEP contracting or consulting.
• Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering preferred, but not required with hands-on experience.
• Hands-on CAD/drafting experience; Salesforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical engineering support with Lead In‑House Engineer.
• Join sales calls and client meetings as technical SME.
• Conduct site surveys and evaluations in the Tampa Bay area.
• Produce mechanical layouts, system schematics, and drawings using CAD.
• Document project details in Salesforce and align with sales/workflows.
• Perform heating/cooling load calculations and advise field teams.
