Job summary

SSOE Group is seeking a Mechanical Engineer for our Automotive & Manufacturing Facilities Group to develop innovative projects in a transformational growth sector. You will work with clients, engineering teams, and professionals to ensure projects meet industry standards and deliver compliant, innovative designs.

Qualifications include a ABET-accredited engineering degree; 12+ years of experience; proficiency in AutoCAD/REVIT/MicroStation; and the ability to travel to project sites.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from an ABET-accredited college program (required).
PE or PE-tracked preferred with 12+ years of related experience.

Responsibilities

Provides engineering and 3D Revit support for HVAC, piping, plumbing and fire protection.
Performs HVAC load calculations and ductwork static pressure calculations.
Develops engineering concepts and prepares total cost estimates.
Coordinates work with other disciplines and communicates changes to the team.
