Job summary

SSOE Group in Minnesota seeks a Mechanical Engineer for our Automotive & Manufacturing Facilities Group to develop advanced facilities for leading clients worldwide. You will collaborate with clients and teams to ensure designs meet industry standards and innovate solutions throughout the project lifecycle.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering from ABET-accredited program, a PE license or tracked, and 12+ years of related experience, with proficiency in AutoCAD, REVIT, and MicroStation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• PE license or tracked, with 12+ years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides engineering design and 3D RevIt support for HVAC, piping, plumbing and fire protection projects.
• Performs HVAC load calculations, duct and pump head calculations.
• Leads design work and coordinates with other disciplines; participates in client meetings and business development.
