Qualifications

• B.S. in Mechanical or Aerospace engineering with 5+ years of mechanical design experience or an advanced degree with 3+ years in a related field.
• U.S. citizenship is required for access to program/contract information.

Responsibilities

• Provide sound mechanical engineering across the design cycle, focusing on concept initiation and optimization.
• Work with various part types, integrating components into modules and engine systems.
• Solve complex mechanical engineering problems with balanced system solutions and oversee execution.
• Communicate clearly with all levels of the organization.
• Coordinate product definition data such as layouts and sketches for design proposals and manufacturing.
• Contribute to IP development and patent considerations.
• Define rigs and applications to validate and utilize new concepts.
