This role emphasizes mentoring and process improvement within the M/E team. Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of construction management experience, a relevant engineering degree, and proficiency in M/E tools and BIM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, architectural engineering or related field (Required).
• 10+ years construction management experience (Preferred).
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Completes increasingly complex mechanical, electrical and field construction activities.
• Develops budgetary M/E estimates based on program and schematic design information.
• Reviews options, conducts systems analysis and provides value engineering suggestions.
