Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking an Estimating Manager 2 to lead complex mechanical/electrical cost estimates for bids and negotiated proposals. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years estimating experience required.
• Strong MS Excel and cost estimation skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complex mechanical/electrical cost estimates for bids.
• Provide material and cost summaries from vendors.
• Coordinate bid solicitation and subcontractor pricing.
• Develop bid lists and scope of work for electrical and mechanical trades.
