Qualifications

• Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• MSME/PhD preferred
• 8+ years in mechanical design or verification
• Experience with liquid cooling systems and thermal management
• Experience leading complex product development programs and remote teams

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical/thermal design of liquid cooling and heat exchangers
• Mentor engineers and supervise mechanical layouts
• Partner with system architects to define architecture and requirements
• Manage external suppliers and input to roadmaps
• Lead design reviews and risk assessments
• Ensure designs meet specifications and are release-ready
