Job summary

Jabil seeks a Mechanical Design Engineer to design, test, and optimize liquid cooling systems for data center and semiconductor applications. You will create CAD models, perform structural and thermal analyses, and validate components and assemblies for manufacturability.

Role requires 5 years of experience, strong CAD skills (SolidWorks/CREO), and a background in cooling technologies. Relocation is offered, and remote candidates with relevant experience may be considered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• 5 years of design engineering experience or equivalent.
• Experience in thermal design and CFD is required or highly desirable.
• 3D CAD experience with SolidWorks/CREO.

Responsibilities

• Design and analyze cooling systems such as cold plates and manifolds.
• Develop CAD models and perform FEA for stress/thermal analysis.
• Review data packages and ensure parts meet system requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors and manufacturing for parts and BOMs.
