Pentangle Tech Services | P5 Group is seeking a seasoned engineering leader to guide a powersports design function, owning engineering output and team execution. You will oversee design specifications, calculations, drawings, and documentation to ensure delivery aligns with targets, while driving technical problem solving for development and mass production.

The role requires 8+ years in engineering with at least 2 years in leadership, experience in automotive or powersports, and Catia

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical).
• 49
• 8+ years of engineering experience.
• 2+ years in leadership roles.
• Experience in automotive, powersports, heavy equipment, or similar industries.

Responsabilités

• Direct and approve engineering output by reviewing designs and documentation to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Lead root cause analysis for development and mass production issues and drive countermeasures.
• Lead, supervise, and contribute within a design team to realize development deliverables across multiple concurrent projects.
• Assign and balance workload, priorities, and resources to achieve development schedules and business targets.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and technical guidance to develop team capability and output quality.
• Drive cross-functional communication to resolve issues and align expectations.
