Job summary

Cycles Worldwide, LLC is seeking an experienced project leader for managing research, design, prototyping and cross-functional teams in the power-sports sector. You will guide engineering efforts, develop timelines, and ensure deliverables meet specifications, budgets, and regulatory requirements.

The role requires a B.S. in a related engineering field, at least five years of project leadership, and proficiency with SolidWorks.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in an engineering field (Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering or related).
Minimum of 5 years leading projects and teams in engineering environments.
SolidWorks proficiency and experience with CAD in PowerSports or related industries.
Familiarity with IC engines and engine components.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

Lead project teams and design reviews, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
Coordinate with engineering, purchasing, production and quality to meet specs.
Develop prototypes and test plans to validate design performance and reliability.
Establish and monitor project timelines, budgets, and risk assessments.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal development processes.
