Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering with 5+ years of relevant experience or advanced degree with 3+ years.
• Experience in mechanical engineering, design, manufacturing, production support, or related disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Lead corrective-action activities associated with Quality Notifications (QNs), cost reduction, and producibility initiatives from root-cause investigation through implementation and closure.
• Develop Class II engineering change packages using Pro-Cert methodology to improve quality, cost, and producibility.
• Lead Engineering First Piece Reviews at suppliers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product and process improvements.
