You will plan, schedule, and manage the project team, coordinate with departments, and foster strong customer trust with world-class service. Bachelor's in CM/Engineering and 10+ years in the field are preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 10 years of mechanical construction experience with project manager duties.
• Proven track record in customer relations and problem solving.
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical system operations.
• Accomplished team player with collaborative skills.
• Solid computer and online navigation skills.
• Exceptional math, communication and reasoning abilities; business acumen.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct project execution for $2M–$8M mechanical projects.
• Plan, schedule, and manage the project team to meet goals and schedule.
• Ensure quality delivery and profitability per Hermanson policies.
• Coordinate with other departments and manage client relationships.
• Provide employee training and development; deliver world‑class service.
