Qualifications

• 5+ years related experience as a Project Manager.
• HVAC and/or Mechanical construction experience required.
• Strong communication and management skills; excellent organization.

Responsibilities

• Promotes teamwork and a positive winning team attitude through leadership.
• Establishes and maintains relationships with project foremen, superintendents, customers, engineers, generals, and subcontractors.
• Forecasts workload for a rolling 12-month period and manages multiple projects and teams.
• Directs day-to-day activities to ensure on-time delivery, pre-planning, and coordination with estimators and engineering.
• Completes change orders, updates budgets and logs, and generates monthly financial reporting.
