Hermanson Company in Kent, WA, is seeking a Project Manager for its Owner Direct Solutions group. The role requires coordinating Hermanson work with subcontractors (electrical, demo, insulation, TAB, controls, etc.) and leading a multi-disciplinary team. Candidates should have 3+ years in critical environment projects and HVAC/mechanical construction experience.

A Bachelor’s in CM/Engineering is preferred. The salary range is $95,000.00–$140,000.00 per year, with comprehensive benefits and bonus

Qualifications

• 3+ years working on critical environment projects (healthcare, data centers, labs).
• HVAC and mechanical construction experience required.
• Strong communication and management skills are essential.
• Excellent organization to handle multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Promotes teamwork and maintains a positive team attitude.
• Oversees project foremen, superintendents, customers, engineers and subcontractors.
• Forecasts workloads for a rolling 12-month period and manages budgets.
• Coordinates equipment, subcontractors and material deliveries.
• Directs day-to-day project team activities and ensures timely deliverables.
• Manages change orders, cost forecasting and monthly reporting.
