Qualifications

• 5+ years focused on critical environments projects, including healthcare renovations or data centers/labs.
• 3+ years working on critical environment projects with HVAC/mechanical construction exposure.
• Strong organizational, multi-project management and customer-experience skills.

Responsibilities

• Promotes teamwork and a positive winning team attitude through leadership.
• Responsible for employee training and development.
• Establishes and maintains relationships with project foremen, superintendents, customers, engineers, generals, and subcontractors.
• Forecasts workload for a rolling 12-month period and provides management on multiple projects.
• Directs day-to-day activities of project teams and ensures equipment and subcontractor safety and efficiency.
