Job summary

Hermanson Company in Washington state is seeking a Senior Project Manager (Sr. PM) to lead mechanical construction projects of varying size, mentor project teams, and drive profitability through planning, scheduling, and effective field execution.

You will collaborate with foremen, engineers, and clients to meet schedule milestones, manage budgets, and ensure safety and quality standards while delivering world-class customer service.

Qualifications

• Ten+ years of project management experience in HVAC/mechanical construction or contracting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business, or Engineering preferred.
• Proven ability to lead multi-discipline teams and manage budgets, schedules, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor project teams to deliver on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with foremen, engineers, GCs, and clients to meet milestones.
• Ensure quality delivery and profitability while upholding Hermanson standards.
