The role includes training and development of staff, cross-department coordination, and delivering world-class customer service to build lasting client trust.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of successful experience in the mechanical construction industry and project manager duties.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and manage the project team to meet schedule and goals.
• Coordinate with other departments and train/develop employees.
• Provide world-class customer service and build strong customer trust and relationships.
