Hermanson Company is seeking a Project Manager to support its Owner Direct Solutions located in Spokane, WA. The role involves coordinating Hermanson work with subcontractors and partners, aligning across estimating, engineering, and field teams to deliver complex mechanical construction projects.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of PM experience in HVAC/mechanical construction, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to manage budgets, schedules, and safety programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years related experience as a Project Manager.
• HVAC and/or Mechanical construction experience required.
• Strong communication and management skills.
• Excellent organization with multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and coordinate contractors.
• Forecast workload and manage project budgets.
• Ensure timely delivery and compliance with standards.
• Direct equipment and subcontractor selections.
