Job summary

Batchelor & Kimball, Inc. is seeking a Construction Project Manager in Georgia to lead complex mechanical construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.

You will manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor contracts while coordinating with engineers and architects to ensure project success. The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced office environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 10+ years of related experience.
• 5 years leading projects up to $15M in scope.
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
• Experience with design and construction coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage pre-construction and scheduling processes.
• Review budgets for labor, materials, and subcontractors.
• Negotiate subcontractor contracts.
• Oversee project finances, profitability and cash flow.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety standards.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects and other trades.
• Lead submittals, RFI, and change order processes.
• Prepare cost reports and projections.
• Develop client relationships and pursue new work.
• Direct responsibility for subs and PE/APMs.
