The role focuses on field leadership, safety, and on-time project delivery in a challenging environment. The ideal candidate has 12+ years in commercial construction with strong field supervision, and must be willing to travel as required.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in commercial construction
• Minimum of 5 years in field supervision
• Willingness to travel if required
• Communication skills, verbal and written (Intermediate)
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Knowledge of self-perform and labor productivity
• Knowledge of specific trades and scopes of work
• Knowledge of the means and methods of construction management
• Ability to read and understand plans, drawings, and specifications
• Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Participate in pre-project planning sessions to familiarize with project requirements and schedules
• Organize and conduct pre-construction conference with subcontractors and team
• Inspect work progress for compliance
• Interact professionally with customers, vendors, management and stakeholders
• Assist with start-up items at jobsite
• Lead lean practices on the jobsite and travel as needed
• Create punch lists for subcontractors
• Coordinate with Project Manager to ensure proper manning and budgets
• Walk sites weekly to review problems and progress
• Manage multiple job sites and oversee job installation
