Job summary

MidAtlantic Mechanical seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead mechanical construction projects in our Millstone Township operations. You will oversee scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and blueprint interpretation to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.

The role requires 5 years’ experience in mechanical construction, strong analytical and leadership skills, and a proven track record in managing multi-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in construction management in the Mechanical/HVAC/Plumbing industry.
• Strong analytical and conflict management skills with ability to troubleshoot issues.
• Knowledge of labor allocation, planning, management, critical path scheduling, safety, permits, and change orders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and actively manage all project-related activities, including material, equipment, and subcontractor scheduling.
• Read and thoroughly comprehend blueprints for all trades.
• Identify issues early and facilitate effective solutions; attend in-office and/or off-site meetings.
• Study contract documents, drawings, specifications, schedules, and regulations; create and maintain schedules.
• Manage project closeout documentation to assure timely completion.
