Job summary

Atlantic Constructors, Inc. is seeking a Mechanical Project Executive to provide overall management for two or more projects in Commercial HVAC or Plumbing. You will coordinate with prime clients, architects and engineers to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.

The role drives business development, staffing, and risk management, requiring 10+ years in construction with an engineering background, strong leadership, and proficiency in project financials and BIM/Procore systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent with strong construction/PM knowledge.
• 10+ years of construction, design, finance and project management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and industry tools.
• Familiarity with BIM processes and project management systems (e.g., Procore).

Responsibilities

• Provide overall management direction for two or more projects.
• Develop business opportunities within HVAC or plumbing sectors.
• Plan, organize, and staff key field positions through directors/managers.
• Establish project objectives, policies, and performance standards.
• Monitor staff performance and address issues as warranted.
• Coordinate with client, Architect, and Engineer to facilitate work.
• Manage project finances, including fees and expenses.
• Maintain positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
