Job summary

Ultimate Staffing Services seeks a Senior Mechanical Construction Executive to oversee large, technically complex projects from planning through turnover. You will lead full lifecycle delivery, manage schedules and budgets, and coordinate with owners, designers, and subcontractors in healthcare, life sciences, and manufacturing settings.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience managing mechanical construction projects.
• 5+ years leading large commercial or industrial construction programs.
• Proven track record managing projects valued between $20M and $250M.
• Experience supporting projects within healthcare facilities, life sciences, higher education, advanced technology, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing sectors.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related technical discipline preferred.
• Familiarity with occupied renovation environments and critical infrastructure projects is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of project delivery, from preconstruction and estimating support through commissioning and closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and resource plans.
• Direct project teams to ensure milestones, safety objectives, and quality standards are achieved.
• Partner with design consultants, owners, and subcontractors to resolve technical and operational challenges.
• Monitor labor performance, productivity metrics, and workforce planning.
• Manage contract administration, change management, procurement activities, and risk mitigation efforts.
• Conduct regular financial reviews and maintain accountability for project profitability and cash flow.
• Mentor project managers, engineers, and support staff while promoting professional development.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, regulatory requirements, and site-specific safety protocols.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to support repeat business opportunities.
