• Strong background managing commercial, institutional, medical, laboratory, or higher education projects.
• Experience overseeing mechanical contracts valued at $3 million-$20 million+.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of assigned projects from buyout through completion.
• Coordinate subcontractors and supervise project activities.
• Maintain regular communication with General Contractors, Engineers, Architects, and clients.
• Prepare and manage detailed construction schedules and monthly billings.
• Monitor job costs, progress, and change orders to stay within budget.
