Job summary

Batchelor & Kimball seeks a Sr. Project Manager to lead large mechanical construction projects, travel to project sites, and work from home state as needed.

You will oversee pre-construction, scheduling, budgets, and subcontractors, ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery with strong owner and GC relationships. Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Mechanical Engineering (or 10+ years of related experience) and proven leadership in multi-million-dollar

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years related experience required.
• Minimum of 4 years leading large multi-million-dollar complex construction projects.
• Strong leadership, scheduling, budgeting and communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Bluebeam and Procore a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and consult with field project managers, GCs and owners to ensure project success.
• Manage pre-construction, preplanning, and construction scheduling.
• Oversee subcontractors to ensure timelines and budgets are met.
• Review and approve budgets and allocate resources.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors to reach favorable terms.
• Manage project finances including profitability and cash flow.
