Job summary

IREN is seeking a Construction Supervisor - Mechanical for 100% onsite work in Sweetwater, Texas. You will oversee installation of advanced mechanical and liquid cooling systems in data centers, lead field teams, and coordinate with engineers and electricians to ensure flawless performance in high-demand environments.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong problem-solving, and ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and supervise mechanical technicians, fitters, and subcontractors on liquid cooling systems, piping, pumps, valves, and HVAC systems.
