Qualifications

• 3-4 years of progressive supermarket experience.
• Ability to supervise people, including training and development.

• Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally and 25 lbs constantly.
• Ability to read and understand information and direction.

Responsibilities

• Ensures guests receive polite, friendly service in the meat department.
• Accountable for achieving budgeted financial results.
• Prepare meat products for sale per Lowes Foods standards.
• Support in-store merchandising, pricing, and inventory management.
• Schedule the department and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Train and develop departmental staff and maintain sanitation and safety practices.
