Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: 6 months’ experience working in a fresh production department.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Be a Team Member: Collaborates with cross functional teams and helps educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources, communicating effectively and developing interpersonal skills for providing customer service.
• Be an Expert: Maintains in-depth knowledge of meat products, equipment usage, backroom operations, and inventory management, ensuring compliance with food safety standards and proper packaging and labeling.
• Be a Techie: Uses handheld technology to drive sales and improve the shopping experience while supporting training and product quality.
• Be an Owner: Drives business results, maintains profitability and a clean work area, assists customers with purchasing decisions and proper storage of merchandise.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocates for the department and club, trains others and models high-quality service.
• Complies with company policies and standards, using Open Door Policy and ethical practices.
• Completes work assignments by following policies and priorities, communicating progress and adapting to change.
