Qualifications

• Experience cutting, slicing, grinding and wrapping meat products.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation guidelines.
• Ability to maintain in-depth knowledge of meat types and seasonality.
• Experience operating meat processing equipment and backroom operations.
