Responsibilities

• Cut, slice, grind, and wrap meat products to specifications while complying with food safety standards and sanitation guidelines.
• Leverage handheld technology to support sales, quality, and training initiatives.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area with proper packaging, labeling and storage of meat products.
• Assist members with purchasing decisions and ensure merchandise is prepared for sale.
