Qualifications

• 6 months’ experience working in a fresh production department.
• I acknowledge that the position for which I am applying requires me to successfully complete all job required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period if I receive the position.
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Team Member: Collaborates with cross functional teams and educates other associates on tools and resources, delivering customer service.
• Expert: Maintains knowledge of meat products, processing according to specifications, ensuring sanitation and inventory control.
• Techie: Uses handheld technology to drive sales and improve the shopping experience, adapting to new tools.
• Owner: Supports profitability, maintains a clean work area, ensures quality of high-volume meat products and correct packaging.
• Talent Ambassador: Advocates for the department, trains others, and upholds Walmart values.
