Job summary

Sam's Club is seeking a Senior Meat Cutter who will drive sales and deliver high-quality meat products to our members. You will cut, slice, grind and wrap meat, maintain sanitation, and ensure accurate labeling while collaborating with team members to meet member expectations.

Qualifications

• 6 months’ experience working in a fresh production department.
• I acknowledge that the position for which I am applying requires me to successfully complete all job required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period if I receive the position.
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to educate associates and maintain customer service standards.
• Cut, slice, grind and wrap meat products according to specifications while upholding hygiene.
• Use handheld tech to track stock, improve shopping experience and support quality decisions.
• Maintain area cleanliness and equipment sanitation and assist in inventory management.
• Assist members with purchasing decisions and ensure proper packaging and labeling.
