Qualifications

• 6 months’ experience working in a fresh production department.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must complete all job-required trainings and assessments within the prescribed time period if hired.
• Experience in Meat Processing Area.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross functional teams and educate other associates on tools, tasks and resources while delivering customer service.
• Process meat according to specifications (cutting, slicing, grinding and wrapping) and maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
• Utilize handheld technology to assist in production decisions and improve the shopping experience for members.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and ensure proper packaging, labeling and storage of meat products.
• Assist members with purchasing decisions and support inventory management and shrink control.
