Qualifications

• Complete required trainings and assessments within the designated time after hire.

Responsibilities

• Cut, slice, grind and wrap meat products meeting specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain sanitation, food safety and inventory control in the meat department.
• Assist customers, educate teammates and use tools to improve efficiency and product quality.
• Operate equipment, monitor in-stock levels and support shrinkage control.
• Collaborate with team to meet profitability and service goals.
