Job summary

Sam's Club is hiring a Senior Meat Cutter in Grand Forks, ND. The role focuses on driving sales in the meat department, educating teammates, and delivering high-quality products to members with a strong emphasis on safety and efficiency.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage in-stock levels, control shrinkage, and leverage handheld tools to support production decisions while providing excellent member service.

Qualifications

• 6 months’ experience working in a fresh production department.
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross functional teams and educate other associates on tools, tasks and resources, communicating effectively and developing interpersonal skills for providing customer service.
• Be an Expert: maintain knowledge of meat products, perform cutting, slicing, grinding and wrapping according to specs while ensuring safety and inventory standards.
• Be a Techie: use digital tools and handheld tech to drive sales and improve the shopping experience.
• Be an Owner: drive business results, maintain a clean, compliant area and assist customers with purchasing decisions.
