Qualifications

• Six months’ experience in a fresh production department.
• Proven ability to cut, slice, grind and wrap meat to specifications.
• Commitment to food safety and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate associates on tools and resources.
• Cut, slice, grind and wrap meat per specifications; ensure quality and freshness.
• Maintain in-stock levels and control shrinkage; assist customers with selections.
• Utilize handheld technology to drive sales and improve the member experience.
• Support operational excellence and proper packaging, labeling and storage.
