Qualifications

• Experience in a fresh production department.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must complete required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period if hired.

• Maintain in‑depth knowledge of meat products, equipment use, and backroom operations.
• Use handheld technology to drive sales and guide production decisions.
• Ensure quality and proper labeling, storage and packaging of meat products.
• Support service excellence and customer-first shopping experiences in a high‑volume department.
