Responsibilities

• Drive sales in the meat department to meet member expectations and provide quality service.
• Collaborate with associates to educate on tools, tasks and resources and maintain strong customer focus.
• Prepare meat products by cutting, slicing, grinding and wrapping while following safety standards.
• Operate equipment, monitor stock levels and maintain sanitation and inventory controls.
• Support profitability and operational excellence in a high-volume meat area.
