Qualifications

• 6 months' experience in a fresh production department.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross functional teams and educate associates on tools, tasks, and resources.
• Maintain in-stock levels and monitor shrinkage.
• Process meat according to specifications: cutting, slicing, grinding and wrapping.
• Leverage digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and inventory management.
• Package, label and store merchandise properly.
• Assist members with purchasing decisions.
