Qualifications

• 6 months’ experience working in a fresh production department.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Acknowledgement of required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross functional teams and educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources; provide customer service.
• Maintain knowledge of meat products, seasonality, equipment usage, backroom operations, and inventory management; cut, slice, grind, and wrap meat to specifications.
• Leverage handheld technology to drive sales and improve the shopping experience.
• Drive profitability and maintain a clean, compliant work area.
• Assist members with purchasing decisions and ensure proper packaging, labeling, and storage.
