Volunteers of America Colorado is seeking a Meals on Wheels Program Coordinator I to work with staff, volunteers, and partners to deliver meal services to at-risk seniors living independently. You will connect seniors to needed services through referrals and maintain confidential client records.

You will collaborate with the team, manage a caseload, handle crisis situations, and support Medicaid clients, eligibility, and enrollment while ensuring service continuity and coordinating resources for

Responsibilities

• Manage intake services, reassessments, and referrals.
• Answer calls and assist with eligibility and enrollment processes.
• Connect clients to community resources (housing, SNAP, healthcare).
• Maintain confidential client records and comply with policies.
• Coordinate Medicaid services and act as primary contact for case management.
• Fill in on client routes to ensure service continuity.
• Attend staff meetings and trainings.
