Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services, social work, or a closely related field.
• At least one year of experience working with senior citizens and/or people with disabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills; proficient with Windows and databases.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' needs through surveys, visits, and group meetings.
• Coordinate and monitor services and activities of providers to residents.
• Maintain up-to-date resource guides and develop support groups and workshops.
