Job summary
Salesforce is looking for a Pre-Sales Solution Engineer with Master Data Management expertise to join our SMB Solution Engineering team. You will be the technical authority on MDM, guiding demonstrations and architecture decisions that connect MDM to business outcomes.
You will partner with Account Executives, deliver tailored proofs of concept, document requirements, and stay ahead of evolving MDM, iPaaS, and AI landscapes in a fast-moving SMB environment.
Qualifications
- B.S. Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent.
- Knowledge of related applications, relational databases and web technologies.
- Strong oral, written, presentation, collaboration and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team to solve technical problems in varied environments.
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience.
Responsibilities
- Build trusted relationships with AEs and customers to qualify deals and provide technical guidance.
- Conduct technical discovery to document requirements.
- Deliver demonstrations, whiteboarding, architecture workshops and PoCs for SMB integration challenges.
- Respond to RFIs/RFPs independently.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Product Marketing to improve offerings.
- Stay ahead of the evolving MDM, iPaaS, and AI landscape.
