Job summary

Apex IT is seeking a Senior MDM Solution Architect to define strategy, architecture, and implementation for master data management. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, data leaders, and technical teams to deliver trusted, governed master data across the enterprise.

Ideal candidates bring deep expertise in MDM, data governance, and enterprise integration, with experience in Oracle and/or Salesforce ecosystems.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in data architecture, enterprise data management, MDM, data governance, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience designing and architecting MDM solutions.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-level MDM initiatives across multiple data domains and systems.
• Strong understanding of MDM, data governance, data quality, data modeling, data architecture, and data integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead MDM strategies, roadmaps, and solution architectures for enterprise data domains.
• Define MDM patterns and target-state architectures aligned with business goals.
• Design integration architectures connecting MDM with ERP, CRM, HCM, and other systems.
• Partner with governance stakeholders and mentor consulting teams throughout implementations.
• Advise on build-vs-buy decisions and native versus third-party MDM capabilities.
